Mr. O’Connor was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2023 and Senior Vice President and Treasurer in April 2020. He held the position of Chief Accounting Officer from May 2011 until October 2023. He joined the Company as Vice President, Associate Corporate Controller in May 2004, and was promoted to Corporate Controller in December 2007.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O’Connor served as Controller for Amersham Biosciences, a global biotech company, and was a Senior Manager in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
