Mr. Sorsby retired in October 2023 from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. which he held since 1996 and Executive Vice President which he held since November 2000. Previously, Mr. Sorsby was also Senior Vice President from March 1991 to November 2000. He was elected as a Director of the Company in 1997. From 2013 through 2023 he served as Chairman of the Board of Visitors for Urology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (“CHOP”) and also served on the Foundation Board of Advisors at CHOP from 2015 through 2023.
